Is there a limit on clients?
No. Track as many clients, prospects, and months as your practice handles.
What happens after the trial?
Kestrel switches to read-only when the trial ends: everything you entered is still there to view and export, you just can't add or change anything until you add a payment method. Nothing is deleted, and full access comes back the moment you do.
